Manual Requests

ManualMega provides access to a large online library of product manuals. If the manual you need is not available, you can submit a manual request for support to review.

Open Submit a Request and choose Manual Requests.

For this category, provide:

• Brand Name — required
• Model Number — required
• Photo Uploads — optional

Also complete the standard request fields: email address, first 6 card digits, last 4 card digits, and description.

Use the description to identify the product and explain which manual you need. If useful, you may attach photos that help identify the product or model.

ManualMega states that its team will do its best to locate and add missing manuals. Do not promise that every requested manual will be found or added.

Never include a full card number, CVV/security code, PIN, or password.
