Cancel Subscription

To request cancellation of a ManualMega subscription, open Submit a Request and choose Cancel Subscription.

Enter the required email address, first 6 card digits, last 4 card digits, and a description of your request. Do not enter your full card number, CVV/security code, PIN, or password.

In the description, clearly state that you want to cancel your ManualMega subscription and include any non-sensitive context that may help support identify the subscription.

The ManualMega site provides a cancellation support path, but the supplied policy evidence does not state a guaranteed cancellation timing or effective date. This Help Center must not promise one.

After submission, the request is sent to support for review.
